Leads and coaches production line teams to ensure workflow and productivity.
- •The Production Lead Associate coordinates activities and provides coaching to the production line team.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate, coach, and guide production line workers to maintain workflow and maximum productivity.
- •Work alongside the team, stepping in to perform production duties as needed.
- •Enforce all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SQF (Safe Quality Food) policies, and PPE/hygiene standards.
- •Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED.
- •Must be at least 18 years old.
