Manage timetable and infrastructure capacity, analyzing construction impacts and developing solutions.

• •As part of Flix's fast-growing travel-tech company, you will work at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and commercial planning, ensuring the network remains attractive, reliable, and economically successful even during extensive construction phases.
• •Key Responsibilities Support the development and optimization of the annual timetable concept, considering the impact of planned infrastructure measures.
• •Analyze the effects of construction projects on the FlixTrain network and derive well-founded recommendations and alternative concepts.
• •Utilize data-driven analyses with Excel, BI tools, and initial AI applications to evaluate commercial impacts on demand, revenue, and costs.
• •Develop actionable solutions for construction-related challenges in collaboration with Commercial Planning, Operations, and Operations Planning teams.
• •Prepare for and represent FlixTrain's interests in external stakeholder meetings with DB InfraGO, the Federal Network Agency, and other partners.
• •Requirements Good knowledge of German transport geography and an interest in the interplay between infrastructure, operations, and economic viability.
• •Analytical thinking, strong numerical understanding, and very good Excel skills.
• •Initial professional experience in Network Planning, Capacity Management, Transport, Infrastructure, or a comparable field.
• •Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach combined with strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
