About the role

Manage contractual and commercial relationships with bus company partners, driving growth and optimization.

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the contractual and commercial support of our partner portfolio of bus companies in the DACH market.
  • You will conduct contract negotiations, analyze cost and performance metrics, and develop strategies to optimize and expand the partner network.
  • Key Responsibilities Responsibility for the contractual and commercial business relationship of a portfolio of medium-sized partner bus companies Central point of contact for the management of our bus partners, including contract negotiations and business consulting Interface between bus partners and internal departments for project management and coordination Preparation of decision proposals based on cost and performance analyses for FlixBus management Requirements Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or comparable fields At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or comparable fields Proven experience in independently managing projects and understanding typical challenges in planning, coordination, and implementation Strong analytical skills and very good Excel knowledge Confident negotiation skills and project management experience
