Technical Program Manager, Apps Platform

Technical Program Manager to drive the Apps Platform roadmap and adoption across Anthropic.

• •Anthropic is building shared platform capabilities that power Claude across its consumer and developer products.
• •This role will ensure these platform investments map to real consumer needs and drive adoption across product teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the cross-Apps platform roadmap end to end, managing dependencies and tradeoffs.
• •Drive alignment between platform engineering and apps teams for successful platform adoption.
• •Identify duplication and convert it into shared platform capabilities.
• •Establish operating rhythms for planning, status, escalation, and launch coordination.
• •Create program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, and risk assessments.
• •Requirements Several years of experience in technical program management, successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• •Experience with platform engineering efforts and engaging meaningfully with engineers.
• •Proven track record of driving platform adoption across consuming teams.
