Staff Software Engineer, People Products

Build AI-native people products to support Anthropic's rapid growth.

• •Anthropic is rapidly growing and the People Products team is crucial in supporting this expansion by defining the blueprint for AI at work.
• •This role focuses on building tools and products to enhance hiring, manager effectiveness, onboarding, and shaping company culture through AI.
• •Key Responsibilities Build full-stack end-to-end across the People Products portfolio.
• •Design and implement AI-native workflows, including tools, evals, prompts, and products.
• •Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand problems and iterate quickly.
• •Make independent product and architecture decisions in a low-structure environment.
• •Contribute ideas for team processes and applied AI leverage in people workflows.
• •Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack or product engineer, with a track record of leading complex projects.
• •Shipped LLM-native features or applications.
• •Self-sufficient end-to-end, capable of going from idea to production independently.
