Web Producer, CMS Publishing

Produce and publish web content, manage intake, and ensure quality across CMS platforms.

• •The web operations team is part of Anthropic's Creative Studio, responsible for brand expression across Anthropic and Claude.
• •We're looking for a Web Producer to join us in a hybrid production and content role, working at the intersection of editorial precision, web craft, and operational coordination.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and publish content across our CMS platforms, including assembling templated pages and maintaining content collections with accuracy and consistency.
• •Own the web intake queue by triaging requests from partners, setting clear expectations on scope and timing, and keeping work moving.
• •Perform thorough QA across staging and production environments before content goes live, catching errors in copy, formatting, links, and rendering.
• •Support web launches and campaigns by coordinating content publishing across relevant surfaces and flagging risks before they become problems.
• •Requirements Hands-on experience publishing and building content in a CMS.
• •Strong attention to detail and a high quality bar for anything that goes live.
• •Experience coordinating requests or projects across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• •Clear communication skills to set expectations, provide updates, and explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
