  • Databricks is unifying its Startup Programs into a single, ecosystem-led motion to support high-growth startups from their early stages through scaling.
  • This role will own the strategy, operations, and success of this program end-to-end.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and operate the Databricks Startup Program, setting strategy and hitting targets for startup adoption and ARR growth.
  • Represent Databricks in the startup ecosystem, building trust with founders and organizing community events.
  • Develop and execute a VC ecosystem strategy to drive program enrollments and partnerships.
  • Design and run repeatable activation motions for startups and partners.
  • Report on program impact and run operating reviews with leadership.
  • Requirements 7+ years in the startup ecosystem working with VCs, accelerators, or founder communities.
  • Strong network and credibility across VC, operator, and founder networks with PLG instincts.
  • Proficient with CRMs, partnership trackers, and reporting dashboards; operational rigor is key.
