Area Manager

Manage grocery store operations, leading teams and optimizing performance for delivery convenience.

• •As a Wolt Market Area Manager, you will own the support of 6-8 Store Managers and Store Team Leads, overseeing a world-class grocery delivery operation.
• •You will be responsible for operational targets, store layout optimization, picking and packing costs, user experience, and leadership for store leaders and associates, focusing on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end store operations, from fulfillment to delivery.
• •Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.
• •Lead, hire, and train store leaders and associates to maintain a motivated team.
• •Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to optimize operations and achieve business targets.
• •Develop optimal store operations in collaboration with the Operations Manager and other team members.
• •Requirements Operations management experience in retail, distribution, or platform economy.
• •Strong analytical skills, with Excel proficiency highly recommended.
• •Experience leading teams in stores or a similar field.
