- •As a Key Account Associate, you will assist in managing a portfolio of national brands to improve account performance and partner relationships.
- •You will work with restaurants to maximize brand coverage, onboard new locations, and identify growth opportunities.
- •You will also play an internal role in coordinating with marketing and operations teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Maximize brand coverage and facilitate onboarding of new restaurants.
- •Identify and activate growth levers such as promotional campaigns and visibility enhancements.
- •Implement corrective actions for operational issues (opening, rejections, wait times).
- •Build effective relationships to gather information and report weekly to managers.
- •Coordinate internally with marketing and operations functions.
- •Requirements At least 1 year of experience in client/account management.
- •Negotiation and sales skills.
